Michelle Marsh

Worked at Kokesh Sporting Goods while in High School and eventually became a buyer for Korner Plaza in Richfield, MN.  She began her sales rep career with a number of sales agencies, eventually being recruited to work for Levi Strauss & Company.  Working for both the Youthwear and Menswear divisions, she managed a team of five support staff during the golden years for L.S. & Co.  After a change in corporate structure, she came back to the
industry where it all began.

Bruce Marsh

Began working in the sporting goods business while in junior high school at the Ski Den in Minneapolis, MN.  Working through college at Continental Ski Shop in Duluth, MN, he was exposed to the rep's side of the business by owner of the store.  He started BRM Reps after leaving school, gaining great experience through representing some of the best lines in their respective categories.  BRM Reps maintains consistent focus on the winter and outdoor industries.

Polar Bear Logo

The logo is a drawing made by Bruce's brother Bill and is based on a Russian stone carving.  The carving was purchased on March 21, 1976 from the Tweed Museum of Art in Duluth, MN.   The bear is named Vladimir in honor of Vladimir "Spider" Sabitch, a pro ski racer who died that same day.
